I used Lift Off #3 Pen, Ink, Marker Graffiti Remover, to remove ink off the wall and it didn’t work, why not?

Many times permanent markers and other types of ink can penetrate into latex paint on a wall and result in not being able to remove the complete area, without removing the paint. We recommend repainting.
