			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family: Verdana;font-size: x-small">It is recommended that you apply the <a title="De-Solv-it Citrus Solution" href="http://www.dtep.com/de-solv-it.htm" target="_blank">De-Solv-it</a> product with a rag or sponge to saturate the area/product to be removed.  As De-Solv-it is an oil type of product it is not going to dry out, instead it will absorb into the Silicone and begin to break it down.   Applying the product with a rag or sponge will minimize any runs to the surrounding area and also aid in removing the product from the grout.</span></p>
