No. Bullet proof glass is made from Laminated Polycarbonate and often goes by the brand name of Lexan, Tuffack, or Cyrolon. Also, some bathroom shower doors are made from similar materials to prevent shattering if broken. Unfortunately, doors made from this material will absorb moisture and etch the glass, making it extremely difficult to clean.

The manufacturer made changes to the appearance of the product in hopeful application of Green certification. These changes involved removing both the fragrance and green dye from the product. Since these qualities had nothing to do with product performance no difference in product use should be seen.
